The Institute of Foreign Languages at the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira has a
trajectory of over 20 years, building academic and commercial partnerships with both the
public and private sectors.
Our academic portfolio is designed under a unique model that incorporates national
curriculum policy dimensions and international trends, based on critical, dialogic, and
interactive pedagogies within flexible and integrated curricula.
METHODOLOGY
At the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Technological University of Pereira, we offer an
interactive approach to training, assessment, and language certification, recognizing the role
of languages as a means to enrich social and cognitive functions by strengthening skills such
as creativity, innovation, critical thinking, social responsibility, and technological, cultural, and
communicative competencies, among others.
Our goal is to develop a relevant offer that meets contextual needs and specific purposes.
Therefore, we encourage our courses to integrate the acquisition of soft, technological, and
digital skills alongside language proficiency development.
Our highly qualified human talent leads a diverse academic offering, tailored to different

PROPOSAL FOR PERSONALIZED SPANISH CLASSES
- Introduction
Learning a language is a fundamental tool for effective communication in various personal
and professional contexts. This proposal aims to offer personalized Spanish classes
designed to enhance participants’ oral and written communication skills, adapting the content
and methodology to their specific needs. - General Objective
To develop and strengthen participants’ communication skills in Spanish through
personalized classes, ensuring a methodology adapted to their individual levels and
